	.cerulean.gym. The Cerulean Gym is a massive complex which sits on top of the Cerulean River; it consists of the Delivery Company Offices which are located in the upper levels of the complex. Massive pools for underwater theatrical performances in the lower levels. The gym battles themselves take place on platforms set afloat in the river. .cerulean.city.

A City whose entire economy is based off of the single river running directly through the center of it; the river, which travels all the way through the Kanto Region, is used to transport packages without the use of Pokémon. The Cerulean Delivery Company, run by the Cerulean Gym Leader, provides enough money to fund all of the cities theatres, art studios, and film projects, earning Cerulean the title of the art capital of the Kanto Region. However, Team Rocket has been attempting to gain control of the delivery company by slowly taking control of the city by establishing rackets on the few non-art based businesses.
