The Cerulean Gym is a massive complex which sits on top of the Cerulean River; it consists of the Delivery Company Offices which are located in the upper levels of the complex. Massive pools for underwater theatrical performances in the lower levels. The gym battles themselves take place on platforms set afloat in the river. The battles here are standard Kanto Regulation Pokémon Battle Rules.
