Due to this town’s lack of a Poke Center, this is where the R.P.T, Registry of Pokémon Trainers, is located. Run by Professor Oak, the makeshift mayor of the town. The Lab contains the Registry office and the research center, while the outside area is made up a fairly large breeding ranch.

Board Description
.pallet.town.
A small rural town located on the shore of the surrounding ocean and a rugged wooded area separating it from Viridian City. The town itself is on the brink of destruction due to its dwindling population, the cause of which is so many children leaving the town once they become old enough to hold trainer licenses and raids by packs of rabid Pokémon. The town itself holds no form of profitable commerce as evidenced by its lack of both a Poke Mart and a Poke Center.
