Due to this town’s lack of a Poke Center, this is where the R.P.T, Registry of Pokémon Trainers, is located. Run by Professor Oak, the makeshift mayor of the town. The Lab contains the Registry office and the research center, while the outside area is made up a fairly large breeding ranch.
