Those who wish to join as members of Team Rocket can choose to apply as a Grunt a Bodyguard or an Executive. Those who apply as Grunts are the lowest tier of Team Rocket Members, although they are not that strong there are lots of them and they are the ones who see all the real action, their Pokémon’s level can range from 20-47. The Bodyguards are charged with being the personal protectors of high ranking Team Rocket Members they are not much stronger than Grunts, but they see far less action, their Pokémon range from levels 28-52. Finally we see the executives who see little to no action working in offices and watching over the activities of the grunts, however, their Pokémon tend to be significantly stronger than those of grunts and bodyguards ranging from levels 38-62.
